Release Form
For Participation in, A sacred Journey to Ikaria Greece.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges that the expedition, workshop, trip, activity that I am requesting to or may participate in through and arrangements made by Thynamis Retreats (herein “Activity”), that certain risks and other circumstances may occur, including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling to an island, hiking, swimming, boating, forces of nature, travel by air, automobile, bus and other conveyance, loss of or damage to personal property, injury or fatality, accident or illness in a semi-remote place with medical facilities about one hour away, water damage, and exposure to temperature and weather extremes and other such risks and dangers. Participants are responsible to obey the laws of the country of Greece.
In consideration of, and as part of payment for the right to participate in the Activity and the services arranged through Thynamis Retreats, I hereby assume all risks, and release and waive all claims against Thynamis Retreats officers, directors, employees and representatives, and I will hold them harmless from any and all liability, cause of action, debts, claims, demands and damages of every kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, contingent, consequential or otherwise, against them, which I now have or which may arise out of, or be brought by a third party in connection with my participation in the activity or any other activities arranged by, through, Thynamis Retreats.
This agreement shall serve as a release, assumption of risk and hold harmless provision Thynamis Retreats, our heirs, executors, and administrators, and any members of our families, including minors and participating in these activities. I have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Thynamis Retreats will rely on this release in allowing me to participate in these activities.
Thynamis Retreats assumes no liability whatsoever regarding provisions of medical care. Refunds are not given under such circumstances, please review our refund policy. Thynmais Retreats reserves the right to accept or reject any person or participant at any time, and to make changes in the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of the participants, and to cancel a program at any time. If at any time during the trip, Thynamis Retreats feels there is a medical necessity for a participant to consult a medical professional/physician, and that participant is deemed medically unable to take part in any activity by a medical professional/physician on Ikaria Greece, Thynamis Retreats has the right to disqualify that person from said activity. Baggage is carried entirely at owners risk.
By signing this document I am agreeing to these terms.
