The cost of this summer retreat is $3100, which includes hotel (double occupancy), breakfast, and most meals, planned excursions, yoga and all retreat activities. Thynamis Retreats is not responsible for paying your transportation to and from the retreat site. Transportation is included in the retreat once you arrive at the hotel. Checks preferred. A minimum deposit of $1000 is due upon registration to reserve your spot in the retreat. Here is the payment schedule: 1st payment: $1000.00 due upon registration. 2nd payment: $1000.00 2 months after deposit. Final payment $1100.00 by June 7, 2023.
It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this one-of-a-kind immersive experience to our guests and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, full payments and installment payments. The ONLY exception to this policy is if Thynamis must cancel the retreat in its entirety for any reason in which case Thynamis Retreats will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. Thynamis Retreats will consider the transfer of the trip itself to another participant upon our approval.
Our vendors (hotels, guest teachers, food and excursion companies, etc.) require upfront payments and commitments that we are responsible for. So as you can understand, we need to have commitments from our participants in order to make the retreat possible.
Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances and situations we suggest you purchase travel insurance
