Most of us enter relationships with a wish for sacred connection. We want a partnership of trust, respect, and love that gives us a sense of safety and expanding possibilities. Too often our deepest yearning for intimacy gets lost in the face of daily stresses, power struggles, or past traumas that can break down our connection and compromise our capacity to be fully present to ourselves and our partners. This seven-day retreat is for couples who wish to feed their yearning for sacred relationship through deepening intimacy and connection with themselves and each other.
The setting for this retreat is the beautiful island of Ikaria, a Blue Zone known for longevity and healthy living. Located in the Aegean Sea, Ikaria offers healing hot springs, rejuvenating turquoise waters, and wholesome, traditional Greek cuisine. The warmth and romance of the island provides an auspicious context for exploring ways of being that heal and deepen connection. Each day of the retreat offers guided relational experiences, body-awareness practices, and sacred ritual, in balance with space for playful exploration and relaxation.
